Pricing

Our pricing structure is based either on hourly rates or on a per project basis.   Different services require us to maintain a pricing structure based entirely on the particular service(s) provided.   What this means to you is; our pricing structure is fair and fits your needs.

Some projects can be planned out ahead of time and we can give you estimates based on those needs.  However, sometimes the scope of a project may fluctuate and we can accommodate those changes through a more flexible pricing structure.

A website is traditionally priced out as a project with clear and defined parameters.  In some cases, the client may have additional information to be added to the site, changes that need to be made (post-publishing) or even regular updates to their site.  These changes would be billed separately from the web site project rate.  Optional maintenance agreements are available for our clients.

This is the only fair way we have found to estimate the cost of a site.  Many factors determine the amount of time required to build a high quality site.  For example; does the client have all of the necessary graphics and copy for the site?  Does the client have control and authorization for host access via FTP (File Transfer Protocol - Used to move files to and from the host server)?  And many more questions.  We have structured forms for estimating new site design costs based on custom graphic work, links, pages, typing, Flash, e-commerce, etc...
